One of the things I've tried before is suspension self bondage. It's somehow exciting, but painful. Let me tell you how I did it. It was silly, really. Above my window are two strong metal bars. If I remember right, I tied hangman loops (is there such a term?) to both sides of the bar. Then I climbed up a chair, put one hand through the loop and tightened it. After that, I inserted my other hand in the other loop and pulled. That automatically tightened it. Finally, I kicked away the chair, thereby leaving me in suspension bondage.
But let me tell you. That really hurt my wrists! And for some reason, I can no longer remember how I escaped. There are only a few possibilities. Either I had scissors within hand's reach or I used straw rope which eventually gave way to the tension. It was worth a try as a novice bondage enthusiast, but it's not really my cup of tea I guess.
I wonder if the future will bring about more suspension bondage adventures for me...
