Rookie in Bondage

As a pre-teen, I recall "smuggling" straw ropes from our supply cabinets. I use those to tie myself up. I've tried hands in front, hands at the back, hanging from a metal bar, and even tied to a chair. What is the relevant learning? You can't undo straw ropes and they bite your wrists!
