Getting to Know Bondage Enthusiasts in the Philippines

Suspension Self Bondage Attempt
One of the things I've tried before is suspension self bondage. It's somehow exciting, but painful. Let me tell you how I did it. It was silly, really. Above my window are two strong metal bars.
